This app is clearly maintained only as a means for att prepaid to dodge unlocking responsibilities, the victim /customer or former customer is told to go to the app which of course does not work; in my case, my particular att prepaid device isn't even on the list provided, so even if the app ever did open properly I could not expect it to work. Holding phones hostage to hold customers hostage is a shameful tactic and that's what this app is for.

Very frustrated I've been a customer for at least 10 years and purchased many prepaid devices along the way. I've never been able to access any account info without a headache the only thing worse than at&T's account management is Uscellular in its entirety. I've had enough I'm going to give my money to someone else. I wish you all luck I hope it goes better for you than it has for me.

Everytime I click on unlock, i get the red banner up top that says ,"oh no! Something went wrong. Please try again later." My phone is a prepaid phone that I've had for years. Everything else says it's eligible to be unlocked but I can't get past clicking the unlock button. This sucks because this app was supposed to make it easier but instead makes you wanna throw your phone.
