It's horrible trying to manually pay bills on this app. It's not easy access and it's difficult to find and once you get to it, half the time it won't let you pay due to an app bug. I was charged 4 times in 1 month for my phone bill and trying to get a hold of customer service is atrocious unless you enjoy waiting on the phone for 3 hours after they transfer you 5 times.

Incredibly difficult to find simple things like viewing the actual breakdown of the bill on a monthly basis. Help chat is very very slow and difficult to work with. It should not take 8-10 taps to get to so the most important part of the app, but it does. It's extremely frustrating to use this app, and every bill feels intentionally complicated to read and understand.

This app is atrocious. I can't even sign in. Every time I enter my ID and password I get a validation code in my email. I enter the code and it says I already have an account. I try signing in again and I get the same error message. Very inconvenient because I'm looking at upgrading my phone, but I guess ATT doesn't want my money. Biggest mistake I ever made was switching over to ATT. Customer service is intentionally difficult to reach, and it's always somebody overseas with a language barrier.
