When trying to upload a bill for like pay off my device from a prior cellphone company, you can repeatedly upload all day long. It will show it uploaded. Then you submit it, nothing. If you looked at your account one day, then the next day something it missing or changed on your account, even if you took a screen shot, good luck with help.

Frustrating and difficult. Can't even log in most of the time, just spinning and spinning until failure. When I do log in, I can't find anything because they make it intentionally difficult to manage your bill/account. I guess they think if we can't use the app, we'll just forget we wanted to make changes to our service. You have to try really hard to get anything done.

Was so easy to use in the beginning. You type in phone number and enter password. Now you can't access anything add auto update or see how much money is in your account. Or add data if you run out of data! Was so nice the way you had it before. I walk in put in my phone number add money to the machine and all done. Now I have to go in and wait to pay my bill. When I could use the Kiosk before. You make it hard on people who suffer from stroke problems!
