there is no way to report an outage when one occurs. the app only directs you to a virtual chat that is no more than a placebo that gets no results. if you try to report an issue, it just directs you to the FAQ for troubleshooting. no actual assistance is provided. I'm tech savvy and I know this app is useless aside from finding out how much my bill will be and how many devices I have connected to my non functioning network.

Works when it feels like, ATT ruined its system.I've been using ATT for almost a decade and while it had its bugs here and there it wasn't something that made its usage unusable. Since July I've had no access to my online account, I am not allowed to pay with my debit account and my bank says it's not their end. The app is the only thing that allowed me into my account, but it's just for information. I can't pay, I can't contact anyone, and none of their Q&A sections are of any help.

Most times good if you're only paying your bill. The app is not good if you have any other issues. I have tried several times to change my contact email and I'm still receiving emails to the old email. Hate to call and sit on hold to talk to someone you can't understand. 🤷‍♀️ I have repeatedly tried to change my email but when I click on manage account it takes me to DirectTV. We haven't had DirectTV for 2 years. I guess I'm going to have to get on the phone again. 😖
