This app sucks. It lets you remotely restart your router and manage network devices and that's it. I tried to use it to troubleshoot my Wi-Fi connectivity and it repeatedly insisted that I make an appointment with a technician that may cost money. Four independent speed tests across multiple devices, after fixing the issue MYSELF, have proven that everything is fine. The app still insists I need to pay a technician to come tinker with the router. I know when I'm being scammed. Worthless.

The app is unable to prioritize my computer I'm using. Also, this app does allow to add downtime to you don't want use up your data. Or doesn't allow for deleting all these unknown devices that are no longer in use. This app is truly painful and dysfunctional! Please do better, there is nothing smart about this app! I need the following to work prioritize devices, adding downtime and staying in downtime for the full duration of time scheduled and deleting unknown unused devices.

Would've been 5 stars but now, after months of use without issues, app not allowing me to see my information or get alerts. When I click my email it states "Before we start your setup, Go to terms of service", but when i click it the next screen gives a error message that there's no terms and conditions that apply to me. I uninstall and reinstall, same issue
