I KNOW you all can do better with this app. I can't assign devices or edit device names without getting an error message, unable to complete at this time. When is a good time to edit MY info!? I've cleared cache, checked for updates and restarted my device. I even logged out and back in with the same issues. If the app is undergoing maintenance that would be great to know...otherwise put more money towards improving it because WE KNOW YOU HAVE THE MONEY 🤑🤣

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you please send us an email at SHM-Support@att.com with the user id and Billing Account Number (BAN) you are using to login and screenshots of any error messages you are receiving? We would like to look into this for you.

This app doesn't work. It keeps telling me the login is wrong, even though I'm copying and pasting it directly from the my att app. If it's not that, then it tells me the password is wrong even after resetting numerous times. I have even reset the modem (which does nothing since everything runs through this app) Good thing I have no commitment to the internet service since I WAS suppose to be trying it out for free for an entire month. I'll just stick with my xfinity internet.

9/15/25 update--the aforementioned problems still exist! --This app is good, but so inconsistent. The fingerprint access stopped working a long time ago. Despite it being enabled, it still asks for my password. My main reason for use is to alert me when unknown devices join my network. But since the last update, it is alerting me when my own saved devices join the network. I have them saved to profiles, so it should not be alerting. This is very annoying.
