I KNOW you all can do better with this app. I can't assign devices or edit device names without getting an error message, unable to complete at this time. When is a good time to edit MY info!? I've cleared cache, checked for updates and restarted my device. I even logged out and back in with the same issues. If the app is undergoing maintenance that would be great to know...otherwise put more money towards improving it because WE KNOW YOU HAVE THE MONEY 🤑🤣

The app just seems all around bugy. my main issue is the scheduled downtime for the kids. It doesn't work normally. Nothing gets paused most times. If it does decide to work, I can't override the downtime to unpause it early, or individually unpause one thing if I decide to once it is in a profile. I try to pause manually, and I get an error. It just needs some work.

Manage devices and profiles no longer works. I've been getting "Looks like we're having trouble" error and it hasn't been fixed yet. I can no longer pause the internet or change the internet times for my kids like I used to be able to. Very frustrating. And I tried restarting the gateway, which does not fix the problem; so it seems the app itself is the problem. The most useful feature was setting limits on my kids' devices. Now, I won't be able to change the schedule when school starts.
