App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

11/1/2025 - the app is completely unuseable now? There is no functionality or my previously connected devices. Why have they done this? The app has definitely improved since first downloading it. I would suggest that the ability to do more than media option at the end of routines be added. For example, I'd like to hear a news briefing, a specific podcast, and then play music. Keep up the great work!! :)

troubleshooting is useless. I set up my TV using Google home, but after setup when I click on the device, it won't connect. I followed every step, troubleshooted everything. factory rested, force stopped, cut wifi off and on. nothing works, and there's no option to email customer service. the only help offered in your "help center" is the useless troubleshooting, and zero ability to contact an actual human.
