Ratings and reviews

There's literally always something going wrong with app & site. Usually when you need it to work the most. I've had to pay a reactivation fee cause it would glitch or say something went wrong. With one of the issues I would just go to the site & id be able to get it to work that way with what I was trying to do but then the app had an update & that step was only accessible by the app. On the website it would only redirect you to download the app. Which I ended up having to pay that fee.

Been with cricket for years. The service is great. However instead of letting me use the website to view the details of my lines it is making me use the app which is complete trash. Constant crashes and Why can't I view the details of all my lines on 1 page. They need to either open the website back up or make some serious changes to the app. Really making me think about switching.

Does not work at all, blank white screen. Edit: thanks for the fast response, this is a brand new install of the app. I get the green bar on top and row of buttons at the bottom, but nothing does anything, except settings and notifications buttons top right. Edit 2: looks like things are getting better, without me trying anything else but stopping and starting the app a number of times trying to use it, now it suddenly loaded its screens. Still some errors in it, but there's hope.
