So I guess being a customer for over 6 years gets you no sort of discount when upgrading. For a cheapish phone they want $240 PLUS charge me a $25 upgrade fee. I have their best plan with 2 lines, which I haven't even used a GB of data over the past 3 years. So they make enough from me already. $6,000+ already. If I switch plans I could get a flagship phone for free. But for being a loyal customer on here I gotta pay $265 for a phone you can only use for the basics. Craziness

Went on the website to pay my bill, and that was having tech problems, so I went to the app, and that too is showing an "oops". It's not working either. This happens way too often with Cricket over the past year. **edit** I had to shut my phone down and restart. I was able to pay on the website after that. There is a $5.00 fee to make payments over the phone, which is terrible. **App still is not working.

work, when it works. but like many others gave said, it doesn't always. connectivity randomly doesn't work, and you'll just sit on a blank "cannot reach servers" screen. this is a problem because there are some things you need the app to do. tried to update my plan on the website, and it said it must be done from the app. which won't connect...
