Constant updates but not a single improvement!! GPS tells me to make turns into a one way street (oncoming traffic) and places with "no turns" signs. I can no longer see the destination until I'm on the street so I can't get a heads up instead of passing it. The acceptance rate: We shouldn't be penalized for declined trips/ deliveries that we didn't pysically decline. If we let the timer run out it shouldn't count. A lot of time we're driving and it's hard to read the small print and drive.

flat rate was working just fine my first 3 months. In the past month if u sign up for a flat rate u DONT get any trips and it says ur labelled as "shop only" as the preference and there isn't a way to change it. I guess they realized it was paying "too much" for food delivery so they changed the algorithm 🤬. apparently we don't need to earn fare, tip, and flat rate

There are no passenger rides. You spend your day delivering packages. A 25 minute ride with a passenger will pay you $20 or more, that same ride with a package is $3.55. It's never busy, even if it's surging you probably won't get a ride. The app is way too confusing, you have to scroll through multiple menu options before you can cancel a ride. I moved from LA to Minnesota, Lyft switched my account over immediately, Uber took 6 months.
