Garbage. I am locked out of my bellsouth email and every time I try to reset the password, I get stuck in an endless loop. This even happened when I got help from support. This app would not open and when uninstalled could not be reinstalled. Play store maintained that it was available. I had my bellsouth email for years with no trouble and now it's gone. Right now I'm on the phone with Eva with technical support, long ago they remoted into my phones with ease. Now either excuses or lies or faking but they have difficulty seems like, I'm not sure but it's something that's very important, to me it's vital if I'm continuing to use these life taking devices! Definitely Unsatisfactory by AT&T any dept with Mobility wireless.

My experience thus far has been pleasant! Some of the Tech Support Reps are more knowledgeable than others. I honestly prefer to use remote support everytime I call with an issue with my mobile service. I'm concerned though, because it seems that the FRAUDSTERS are able to hack into remote support as well 🤔.
