Ratings and reviews

Great buds, but poorly implemented app. There is no need for the "Discovery" section. The product owners need to come back to Earth, and take some cues from the Bose Sleepbuds. Please make it easier to add and remove new sounds, from a selection. The custom sound creation also did not work, nor did the buds work with WhatsApp calls. 😒 On the bright side, good battery life, good quality sound as Bluetooth headphones, very comfortable, and tap features work well.

Overall OK. Three (3) suggested improvements: I would really love if 1) the app wouldn't replace my old earbuds' profile 2) the ability to name the product , and 3) save the settings properly when not in the app. As a 4th, even though there is an option, make it easier to "find my device". Otherwise, the app does enough..I just found some of the UX lacking and a few features (above) missing.

Show actual battery levels in the app not just the battery with the lines in it. I wanna know if I'm on 50 or 30%. I don't know why you don't give the option. Also, the dual connection button is so buried inside the app I have to tap like 5 times to get to it and it's the most used thing I do in the app! Why isn't there an option to modify the home page of the app? Who even uses the safe volume and the buttons modification so often anyway? Give us the option to modify the home screen!
