I got the notice that my T mobile home Internet app would stop working, and that I should use this one. I can't manage any of the devices connected to the router on this. They are connected and they work, but they are invisible in the app. It says "no devices connected". I need to be able to set schedules, so have to uninstall this one and hope I can go back to the old one. The is basically just an acct management and marketing app. I tried TM support on X and they couldn't figure it out.

Once this application replaced the old one, I can't even connect to my gateway 90% of the time. If I manage to get in and try to manage the devices connected, it does nothing at all. I can't even disconnect a selected device from the internet. So going into the application to do anything is useless, and I'm unable to manage my internet. Pointless

Customers are being rerouted to this app and it's not ready. Many of the links open in browsers in the app. There are constant ads to upgrade devices within device and account settings pages. I can no longer manually set separate wifi bands, important if you game or use smart devices, which will not locate or connect to mixed band wifi signals. Many links just lead you in circles. I have no desire to use this app anymore than I have to and when my smart lights stop working, I'll move on.
