This app is an extremely helpful tool to cope with Cptsd, ptsd, narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, and more. The app will help change your perspectives on situations and get past your stuck points in life. This app has helped with old childhood beliefs and helped me create new positive beliefs in myself and the world around me. My therapist and I work on these together, too. I've recommended it to family and friends. I appreciate that they keep the app free!! Therapy is expensive.

I am a therapist who works with trauma survivors and was interested in this app. I tried it out for a few days. I don't like this app for the following reasons: There is no or little built in positive reinforcement. Repeated prompts to take PCL-5 and PHQ-9 without explanation and with out passage of time is not necessary. I was prompted to take both each time I loged on- so every day. The interaction feels cold and concret. Lacks empathy.

This app was recommended by my therapist, and I have been using it for close to 3 weeks now. It has helped me understand so much how PTSD affects your brain and other important factors. This app breaks down each "stop point" and helps overcome each one. Also, your impact statement can be uploaded by picture, or you can enter it. All of your work can be sent directly to your therapist and saved. I really appreciate this app. It has so much that I personally needed.
