Valoraciones y reseñas

Es extremadamente lenta. Llevo ya varias versiones en que la app no sólo se conforma con bloquearse ella sola, sino que va bloqueando todo el teléfono sin permitir hacer nada más durante muy prolongados espacios de tiempo, lo cual hace que el smartphone y hasta la misma vida queden en riesgo en ciudades dónde pulula la delincuencia, no poder guardar el smartphone rapidamente porque la app bloquea todo, puede costar la vida. Por favor tengan más consideración con sus clientes.

Pesima app, la sesión se cierra en cada uso y es muy molesto, no puedes acercar el mapa ya que la imagen se aleja sola, el tiempo de espera es demasiado largo, no se puede ver donde viene el coche como antes, y desde antes de encontrar un conductor ya me hicieron el cobro del viaje. Los conductores cancelan y te asignan otro que tarda más en llegar, pero si tu cancelas porque no puedes seguir esperando te cobran tarifa por cancelación.

Deben corregir o solucionar los casos donde el conductor toma el viaje y no lo desea hacer, se quedan estacionados durante minutos y no cancelan, obligando a uno a cancelar por la necesidad del servicio, y a uno le hacen el cobro de la cancelación. Otro tema, en los pagos en efectivo, el conductor suele decir que se le pago parcial y que se le debe, cuando realmente se paga el viaje. Gracias.
