App is good. Search with multiple stops and certain times is complicated and is reset everytime you want to change one parameter. Hard to use.

The only advantage of uber compared to taxi is that you see what you pay easily and you can pay by the app. Pick up time can change from 1 minute to 10 minutes suddenly. Drivers accept all the rides and then cancel after making the customet wait for 15 minutes. I will stop using uber for good, it used to be good but now the quality of service is very bad. Also Uber Eats, I have tried it couple of times and never again. It's always taking minimum one hour before the food arrives. Food always cold
