I opened this app and was told to update it, which I did. Big mistake! It doesn't accept the ID and password that I've been using for years and that works to sign in through the web. When I entered my phone number in order to change my password, I entered the ten digits with no dashes. The app inserted dashes, which was fine. But then it wouldn't proceed because my phone number wasn't properly formatted. I believe this upgrade was forcibly sent out with ZERO testing! DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Used to work perfectly fine, never had any problems, but over the past few months NONE of my payment attempts have worked online. I've called and set up my auto pay once, re-entered my card info at least 5 separate times, but it always tells me "couldn't process your payment." It's almost like the company wants to make getting the autopay discount impossible to obtain by making the app unusable for anything more than seeing you owe them money that you can't pay without going in person or calling

app is impossible with stupid pop-ups you can't close, I wanted to purchase 3 items, phone, watch and earbuds but the app is impossible to navigate unless you "order now". You can't navigate back without going to main account page and starting over. App is useless except to review your bill. AT&T is getting closer & closer to losing my business after 10 years. App is junk for purchases.
