I gave it a 3 because the app works, except it won't let me scroll to the bottom of the page I'm viewing. I can see there are things there, but when I try to scroll to read it, it won't scroll. I know it's most likely because I have my font size set to the large above normal size, but the app's code should allow me to see the whole page, especially the ones under setting. That is why I gave it a 3. Those could be important settings, but I can't see them.

you can't see your text as you're typing because the keyboard covers it so you have to communicate blind and pray that you don't have too many typos. customer assistance barely comprehends what you're trying to tell them. everything reloads everytime you have to leave the app for a moment (for instance to check a confirmation email). it sucks.

The new experience lacks a lot. When shopping for a new device, I can't see all of them and compare prices and styles easily. Now I have to click each individual phone to see cost and then when I scroll back, I have to start all over again with my search parameters. Not user friendly at all. Overall difficult to find what you're looking for on this app. Lots of room improvement.
