Ratings and reviews

Searching using same filter gets different results several times in a single day. Most contact details for providers are closed. Old: Why do I have to keep entering all the details for the provider I'm looking for? Just look at a map for directions and you have to start over. Absurd! This is useless! Old: This is certainly the biggest mistake I've ever made. The service is incompetent The app is useless and they are costing my family more than BCBS.

Just installed this app, at first glance it's not very phone friendly I was trying to search for a provider and the process was very inefficient. The app opens up the window to search on it, it doesn't put your cursor in the search bar and if you go to another window the search window goes away and you have to start the process over again. This should be a 2 click process that doesn't require a bunch of new windows.

This has to be the worst insurance app I have ever used. Blue Cross, Aetna and Manulife (Canada) ones were far superior. I have been on this for just over 1 month, and their servers have already been down 3 times. Claims take for ever to process, still waiting on 1 EOB 30 days later. The interface is overall clunky and outdated. A lot on in-app links lead to dead ends. Even received a marketing email from them with a broken link to the promo. Digital disaster.
