Ratings and reviews

This has to be the worst insurance app I have ever used. Blue Cross, Aetna and Manulife (Canada) ones were far superior. I have been on this for just over 1 month, and their servers have already been down 3 times. Claims take for ever to process, still waiting on 1 EOB 30 days later. The interface is overall clunky and outdated. A lot on in-app links lead to dead ends. Even received a marketing email from them with a broken link to the promo. Digital disaster.

Wish I could give 0 stars. App functions like it's designed to prevent you from getting help. Never loads "find care" page for me, whether that's in app, on Mobile Web browser or desktop version. I've had it for over a year. A literal, active drain on my life.

This app has nothing on it. I can only submit a claim. I cannot search for any kind of doctor. There is not even a search area. The email option within the app doesn't work. It tells me to add an email address and I already have. What does this app do besides submit a claim? How do I search for doctor's in network?
