Optum has been excellent for my specialty medications, everything comes within 36 hours and had always arrived in excellent condition. The app makes it super easy to re-order, plus they provide reminder texts and calls. I have done a consult with a pharmacist as well and they were wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. my only complaint is the insulated packing material, it is not recyclable so it's a lot of garbage every month.

Information is great, ordering not so much! I've tried ordering the same prescription 3 different times (3 different months) through the app, and not once has it been processed correctly. I always get a call from them to straighten it out, but man it's a pain. I missed a dose due to the "system being down" according to the customer service rep. I'd ordered through the app almost a week before getting the call that the order had not been processed. Needs improvement!!!

Never works!!!!!!!! Seemed to work once in the beginning but after ordering it and getting the confirmation the order just magically disappeared from their system. Since then it just comes up with a screen that says they are having technical difficulties try again later but it never changes been this way for months.
