It's used to be great, I could restart my modem remotely, chat with someone instantly, and check my internet speed through the app. Now the chat is slow and only works sometimes, I can't restart my modem or check the speed. The only thing I can do is pay my bill. This all changed when I told them I was not renting my modem through them and that I had bought it from them when I had started service 3 years ago. I guess if your not paying monthly they take away the perks of the app.

Never had a problem UNTIL I started using the app and the easy pay. After one payment that didn't go through (I pay it off right away) my card was put on restricted without my knowledge so all my next payment attemps were returned. On top of that, they would add SO MANY FEES for something I wasn't aware or in control. I have reached out many times the last few months. Instead of helping fix the root of the problem I was just cheated out money. $50 monthly bill turned to $100 plus. I'm upset.

They have good support, but I still have a lot of trouble with my equipment. Make sure to call during weekdays, bc they seem to outsource to India if you use chat. There's also no Alexa (AMZN is competitor) which is a turn off. They are ripe for disruption by their competitors due to the complexity of their sign up process, lengthy contracts/commitments, and their price. Everything requires a call or in-person visit. Their credit is just above junk levels, so they might as well buy bitcoin.
