Our Cox TV service pauses often, which is unacceptable for the amount of money we pay. The rewind feature only goes back 10 minutes, which is annoying and much shorter than the 1 hour they previously offered. When our service pauses, sometimes we are watching a reminded segment & it jumps to live, and we miss the segment we wanted to watch. It seems we are paying way too much for the degraded service offered by Cox and we are looking into alternatives because it's just not worth the high price.

It's used to be great, I could restart my modem remotely, chat with someone instantly, and check my internet speed through the app. Now the chat is slow and only works sometimes, I can't restart my modem or check the speed. The only thing I can do is pay my bill. This all changed when I told them I was not renting my modem through them and that I had bought it from them when I had started service 3 years ago. I guess if your not paying monthly they take away the perks of the app.

After 3 months of trying to log in with the same credentials as I use successfully on the website, I consistently receive the following message: Error Server is unavailable. Please try again later and if problem persists, please refer to Mobile Connect "Support & Care" feature. That feature does not exist on the sign-in screen, and there are no other options besides the sign-in screen for me to visit. I've tried reinstalling the app multiple times, and I receive the same error. I've tried connecting both over wifi and cell networks, and I receive the same error.
