So it's not only not unlimited, but you have a limit to how many times you can add data to your account on a monthly basis. Like how ridiculously b*******, it's not unlimited. They use your data, your high-speed data at anytime. For any low data use, and then when you actually need it, it's just blown away, like it's nothing already And this is add to the fact that america pays more for less of the well developed countries throughout the world.Historically, in the last twenty years, at least I h

App is very basic and unappealing in appearance. The ABSOLUTE WORST aspect of the app is that it ONLY works off the phones cell service. No wifi. So if your phone disconnects from the cell service like mine does repeatedly, you are screwed! You can't call them, and you can't message either. Unless you use someone else's phone to call them. Also, you are automatically enrolled in Auto pay...and you can't change it. There are other problems as well.😡

horrible customer service and data service. they say you get unlimited data, but there's a limit. my service is consistently interrupted throughout the day. it goes offline then gets back online a minute or so later. they charge you to pay your bill in the store or when paying through an agent. the only reason I would use those options is when their online payment service was not working properly. they just all around suck, compared to other companies. plus a foreigner is always on the line.
