Booked a car rental, got my price, decided it was worth it. got a call 3 days prior to my rental pickup date saying I also had to pay a "200 dollar" security deposit" in addition to my rental per the rep who called to confirm my rental. I was not told once of this fee when booking my rental, but after looking through the "fine print" they add that in there. I would of had no problem paying it up front if they were honest, but they weren't. Forcing me to cough up 200 more is scummy

I decided not to install the app because during the initial setup, the app would not accept my chosen password, citing it violated the rule that it can't contain my first or last name. It didn't contain either, not even partially. I lost confidence that the app would be reliable since it got hung up on something so trivial. I needed a rental car for an important work event, I can't trust it to this app nor Enterprise.

Having been an Enterprise customer for many years now I can attest that the app is not great. it's slow, cumbersome when making pickup and dropoff choices, inconsistent, purposelessly redundant, the points use is a nightmare, check-in is useless and most of the hyperlinks to call or contact them don't function at all.
