99% of the time the rewards won't work. This has happened to me at many different locations. Today, I redeemed my rewards for a free drink and for 5 cents off a gallon of gas. When I entered my number at the register to receive the discounts, the cashier said the loyalty program PROBABLY isn't working! This happens ALL the time. I have uninstalled the app. I'm done.

Yesterday I went in the store and got a 44 Oz drink for a dollar and nine cent with my rewards today I go in it's 2:50 and no one told me until after I'd already made the drink. I believe this is what they call a bait and switch App. The app has a notifications tab but they don't send you notifications when they change the prices.

99.9% of the time trying to use rewards discount doesn't work or clerk is not trained to push the right button. And that is true about using manufacture's coupon also. They have signs all over the store: buy 2 and get so much off, yet one buys 4 or 6 and only get discount on 1st 2 items. It's all a scam to draw you in and take your money. Lately I haven't seen any convenience about this chain of stores either, I get in and out of a grocery store faster...
