To use the Fry’s app, you'll need a Fry’s digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

In my experience with using the frys app, I recommend using a computer to shop their website vs. shopping on the app to save time & trouble. I've tried ways to reset the app on my phone to fix the bugs & glitches, but it hasn't proven to work for me. It'll abruptly sign me out, close the entire app, screen blacks/whites out, searching for products takes longer than it should, etc. I love shopping with frys, but the app is very inconvenient & slow compared to other competing grocery store apps.

They finally fixed the app! Hooray! They more they update this app, the worse it gets! Now I can't even select a store. I use this daily. Please fix! No IT people that work there?? Pros: Remembers items I frequently order and learns preferences. Can select backups and put in special requests. Can let them know when on the way for faster pickup. Cons: App keeps getting slower and slower over time. Crashes a lot! Makes me sign in over and over. Love hate relationship that overall still love.

Horrible app, horrible service. In store the price tag in BIG BOLD Letters show one price. I get to the checkout counter and find out the item is 3x what the sign said and the clerk says it's app only coupon. I download the app, check it an low and behold, it's the same price as the counter. If Frys want to have exclusive app member only pricing that's one thing to advertise those prices on the app only. But to advertise in store as the MAIN price is false advertising.
