Ratings and reviews

I downloaded a textbook for a class I'm taking. Trying to figure out how to highlight text was unnecessarily complicated and you can't highlight full sentences at the bottom of a page because the dictionary window pops up over it. It won't let you scroll slowly through a page, you have to jump from top half to bottom half. The whole thing is just really inconvenient and annoying. Kindle app is immensely better. I gave it 2 stars because I can techically read a book on it.

Glitches all the time (couple examples are it won't let me turn pages, and keeps rereading the same page). Also when it's not doing any of the above it's just difficult to navigate through the app. When I try to turn to a certain chapter its like pulling teeth. This is a terrible and rage inducing app that deserves less than a single star. I wish there was an alternative but I already payed for an expensive book on here.

Marginal app. I wanted to read an ebook I could only find on Google Books. My impression is that Google has put this app in the storage shed to collect dust. Its reading interface is not comparable to Kindle or FBReader. As an example, I could not drag to highlight. But worse is that I could not change the Voice during Read Aloud to a male voice. Google is a tech giant. This is ridiculous. I read my book, but I certainly won't be reading more on Google Books.
