Ratings and reviews

Gets the job done but I wish it was easier to navigate the cards I've added. Grouping/categories would be nice. Vertical swiping is a pain since each card shows fully, one by one, as opposed to how iphone handles their list of cards, condensing the vertical height of each card initally so you can locate the position of the card you are looking for. Google Wallet just isn't very intuitive.

The only thing this app does is fail to work when I need it. Always fails at terminals because it thinks the phone needs to be unlocked when I am clearly holding it and it is unlocked. Have toggled settings but always does the same thing. Embarrassing having to go grab my wallet anyway when standing at a pay kiosk. Fix this garbage. Stop swapping systems every two years for all your apps. Fire upper micro management for "innovating" pointless changes so they can justify their jobs.

I appreciate the convenience and speed of the app, but I am concerned about its lack of security. If my phone gets stolen, the app leaves my debit and credit cards vulnerable to theft and my accounts may get drained. Currently, the app does not have any built-in settings for a separate PIN or biometric lock, which means that if a criminal gains access to my unlocked phone, they can access all my credit and debit cards and potentially drain my accounts. This is unacceptable/major security risk.
