Terrible app! Been using this since 2020, it was great. Got paycheck two days early. The last few months I have trouble logging in. I have deleted the app, reinstalled it, cleared cache everything. Customer service is in India and not helpful hard to understand them. I couldn't log in for four days as recently as last wk. I was finally able to log in but can't move money saved in the vault. I do not recommend this raggedy app to anyone unless you dont want access to YOUR MONEY! SHAMEFUL!

so after using this for years. I'll be going and just getting a normal bank account. this used to be a really fantastic app and a really fantastic card to use. however since the last update you can no longer store money inside the vault, can no longer withdraw the money from the vault. now I can't even check transactions on the app. the update they did completely ruined it and I just can't trust it anymore

Over the last couple weeks I have had a hard time logging in! Had this card forever, never had a problem. Sometimes after a frustrating couple of tries, it finally lets me in. But today I couldn't log in at all! I try biometrics and it says fingerprint verified, but get an error that something is not right? Try password, still something is not right? The app needs an update or something. Loved the app before this started happening.
