this app worked for a little bit, then I had a short lapse with my medical coverage. When I got my coverage fixed and I went to use the app again I can sign in, but that's about it. I keep getting a "sorry we are having trouble loading, please retry" message and every time I retry that's the only message I get. I'm not too sure what happened with the app, but for me it no longer works. I gave it two stars because when it did work, it was a great app, I enjoyed the rewards.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who keeps experiencing the app not working. this is a new phone there's no reason for it to be so glitchy. it's almost impossible to log into because it keeps you jumping to the Google browser and then when it ask for a passcode it just stays on the same page. so frustrating, using the online version is easier

The app won't even load. It let me register but after I sign in, it gives me an error message and will not load the page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, done all the things with my phone. But I know it's not my phone. This is the only app that does this. Waste of time Edit...weeks later and app still doesn't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. It keeps saying "Sorry we're having trouble loading. Tap to reload." which I've done and nothing.
