Ratings and reviews

Update. Loading issues seem resolved. Keeping my rating at one star until additional wearables or data are supported. I still get zero credit for any sleep that is synced to Google fit. I've sent support actual sleep data logs synced to google fit from multiple types of devices, and support teams can't even help. They just suggest using a different device. Infuriating. Also finding a provider is not intuitive and very limited, cost estimates are often inaccurate.

Most recent update absolutely destroyed the search feature. It used to work great, I was able to search different providers without a problem. Now, it doesn't return a result half of the time. I tested it by searching some of my current providers who I know are in-network, and they didn't even show up as a result. Certainly gives the impression that it's pay-to-play for doctors to ensure they are searchable on UHC.

I have had the app for a while and generally love it, but sometimes it doesn't function well and I have been locked out of it. I love that I can check on my rewards and look for care on here, WHEN I can access! Currently I am locked out, again and I deleted it. Maybe re-installing it will fix the issues!
