Local transfer stopped working for about a month already. Can't type in amount to transfer. I've tried everything suggested - restart device, clearing cache and reinstalling the app. It still doesn't work. I'm pretty sure it's a bug, and I'm super surprised that a banking company can leave such a bug online for such a long time!

Recent change to the app, suddenly cannot access due to Remote Access Tools. No prior warning and explanation why. I don't use Facebook too. Called hotline but no answer for more than 15 mins. *update:* don't have any of those apps but it looks like they pushed another update and problem is fixed.

Hi, you will need to delete these apps to access our Mobile Banking App, if you have it on your device: DroidVNC Fake GPS Baidu IME for Xiaomi If you still face issues, and have the TikTok app installed, do delete and reinstall it from the official Play Store.

The app sucks. Whenever the scam alert comes on, I can't close the alert and it impedes me from carrying out my online transaction. I often get the app shutting down in the midst of a transaction as well, I have never come across a banking app that is so substandard. Another issue is the pages on the app cannot load, I often got to start the logging in process all over again. The entire team of tech guys behind the OCBC app should look for another job.
