I like the idea of the app, but it's not functional. It's very disorganized and difficult to navigate, but my biggest complaint is that weigh-in reminders rarely work. I'm in the app daily, so deep sleep isn't the issue. Plus, I have every setting on my phone set to keep this app awake. Still, I get a couple reminders, then they stop. I have to uninstall and reinstall every few days to keep them. Help takes you to a chat, but never connects. I'm shopping for a different brand smart scale.

they are trying to integrate all of the light products into the new eufy security app. In doing so, they have turned this into a glitchy mess where light schedules and luminolink no longer work correctly. this functionality (luminolink) is still absent from the eufy security app and now they are breaking this app to force people off of it. editing to one star because lighting schedules are still completely broken for two months now.

Luv scale, near luv the app. What I don't like near makes it all pointless, but is not Eufy's fault. Cannot get weight to Samsung Health, no matter what workarounds I use. Def a Samsung issue, but Samsung users know Samsung doesn't fix things (esp those that threaten its strong efforts to be super-proprietary and pigeon-hole its users). So I need Eufy to fix it. W/out synced data, I would never have bought this scale and I am trapped in the Samsung ecosystem (with millions of other users).
