Update: it did not help as it didn't address the issue. This app was forced on me. I preferred using the other app for managing my home internet as it ACTUALLY WORKED. This app doesn't show you devices attempting to connect or devices that have been blocked. It makes it nearly impossible to manage who can and cannot be connected at certain times.

Tuesday worked fine. Constant something wrong message now. Missed my weekly benefits this week. Now to add insult to injury you moved sync up here. Appreciate the note from the developer asking me to do things that are useless app still does not function at all for my syncup drive further I unplugged it the other day for my emissions inspection. Now they're both disconnected and I can't reconnect them freezes on pick your car color every time. FFS

This app is hot garbage compared to the previous one. It simply doesn't work. I'm logged in but it won't let me handle anything w/ my account. Tries to offload me to the website. I have a business account with two phone lines & I simply can't pay the bill through the app, something I had no issues with via the old app. Can't look at new phones either, & even getting to the T-Mobile Tuesday section often requires me to close down the app. T-Mobile business site on PC works fine. The app is trash.
