I liked the other app better. This one is TERRIBLE!! I don't need ur Ads, I don't need anything but my internet, device, and account information. The other app had the names of the devices that were connected to my wifi. Now they are just IP and Mac numbers. This app is frustrating and extremely difficult to manage! I might have to find another internet provider if this doesn't change soon!

Integrating the management for the home Internet is good awful. The only time I need to access the management is to reboot the router. Requiring Internet authentication to access a router having issues connecting to the Internet is asinine to say the least. If you are going to require Internet connection ON the home wireless to access the management, then I should be able to remotely reboot the router using my cellphone. In a word, Asinine.

2024-this t life app is annoying. I had saved deals from T-Mobile Tuesdays and I can't use them because of a glitch that's not allowing them to load. Now I'm missing out on deals. That's just wrong. They need to extend them then 2018-Stop making us update the app unnecessarily. Using up more on the phone memory for just an updated design. That should be optional, not required in order to keep using the app. And the option to go back to the previous version if we do update should be available to
