有一次司机没接到我们显示已接到并开始了行程扣了我的费用并且我们还无法投诉。第二次我没有找到司机打电话无人接不回复我的消息在司机单方面取消订单后扣了我的钱。而且经常我因为赶时间所以选择了最快的到达的车着相对来说我需要支付的钱会相对高而当我选择了一分钟可到达的车辆司机到达时间却越来越长最后长达十几分钟，类似的问题有很多。

第一次通过Uber叫车，速度快，的士车很干净没有异味，司机服务到位，是一次很棒的体验！

软件是好软件 但是能不能优化一下导航系统 本来直接能绕进去的路非要绕大老远去 4分钟5分钟的路程一定要搞到12多分钟去走一大堆没必要的路程 看的我心累
