I tested LEAN (version 1.4, though the version # doesn't seem to change even as newer versions are released) on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (SM-T550; 32GB) running Android 7.1.1. Firstly, the LEAN user guide discusses Optum ID and hasn't been updated to discuss the One Healthcare ID login authorization. When I started the app with a Wi-Fi connection, I was prompted for One Healthcare credentials and taken to a credentials profile page. So, as suggested by an earlier commenter, I started the app without a Wi-Fi connection ("offline" mode) and was prompted for a One Healthcare ID and PIN that I had created earlier. I exited LEAN at that point, turned on Wi-Fil, and restarted the app in online mode. This worked and the app displayed the Home page. One of the Home page functions is Reset Offline PIN. I tried it and it worked. HTH. I recommend that you test your LEAN instance on your tablet device before a client meeting. Best regards. “Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. I found a login workaround that works for me I'd like to share in case it helps others. The trick that works for me is to turn off WiFi on my tablet then log in with my offline PIN. Once logged in then turn WiFi on and the app will connect to the internet. It won't hang on login like it does if you try to log in with your password while connected to WiFi. Hope this works for others as it works for me. No need to uninstall and reinstall every day like some of the complaints suggest. Good luck!

Was excited to try since last update was supposed to fix issues. Won't even let me log on tho, keeps freezing and locking up. Hope issues are resolved quickly, would love to have the app for enrollments before AEP ends
