If I could give 0 stars, I would. After entering my username and password, it kept saying "successful login" but still showed an error asking me to call a number. I called, only to be told I must visit a branch to fix it. This is ridiculous. Branches close before 4 PM, and most people work during those hours. It’s a basic issue that should be solvable online or over the phone. The whole process is frustrating and extremely inconvenient. Hope to see improvement.

please allow to review the password I have typed, to make sure I type the correct 1. my account has been locked few times simply because I can't review it and input wrong password!! 2ndly, Don't disallow the keyboard I wish to use, it makes things complicated!!

stop demanding "for better experience, please adjust your browser" and blank the page. for what? blank the page? i want to purchase la, only has 1 min to click confirm payment. I have to unnecessarily rotate my phone and click confirm payment. Aiyooo. why so bother and difficult to use ha?
