If I could give 0 stars, I would. After entering my username and password, it kept saying "successful login" but still showed an error asking me to call a number. I called, only to be told I must visit a branch to fix it. This is ridiculous. Branches close before 4 PM, and most people work during those hours. It’s a basic issue that should be solvable online or over the phone. The whole process is frustrating and extremely inconvenient. Hope to see improvement.

You're technically infringing the user's rights! Never ever force user to uninstall app especially something that is well known "Shizuku"! I have followed the requirements to turn off accessibility service, USB debugging, etc. But why the hell do you want me to uninstall it to access your app? Can't you just check the phone Play Intergiety only?! It should be an advice / recommendation or optional for user on how they use their device!

really need to improve the system. can't even view individual transaction details when I need to retrieve the details for single transaction. even e wallet app can show transaction details in history after just clicking on the item.
