Gizmo hub app has become very slow. I used to get notifications and was able to open the app immediately. Now it just takes a long time. Also, this is an app for parents and kids to talk, but I'm not able to install it on my BT Smart Watch, if I'm not within reach of the phone, I cannot get the texts from my kid. Additionally, there are improvements that could be done, like "forward" the messages from the hub to the parent/guardian to read. We are using smart watches now, make it work!

Location even slower than usual and can't see current location, only locatation from past days. Update: Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's working now. Thanks for the reply Verizon support! Haven't used the latest version enough to see how everything else is working but wanted to update this review to show that the uninstall/reinstall helped with the initial issue Original post - Did the update and now the app crashes immediately upon opening and is unusable.

As others have stated, I do not receive notifications even though they are turned on. I hate T-mobile, that's why I came to Verizon. However, they got it right with their SyncUp kids' watch. Notifications were spot on, the location was accurate, you didn't need a special app to text or call your child, that's why they have their own phone number for this purpose(why Verizon doesn't do this is beyond me), and the best thing was my child could text whatever they wanted. Verizon,take notes, please.
