I am completely unable to use this app. Every time I log in, it just gives me the message "Something went wrong" and never progresses. I can't change my wifi password, I can't activate the phone lines I'm paying for, I can't even pay my bill without getting my laptop out. No amount of force-stopping, data-clearing, or reinstalling has had any effect. It's been over a month. Xfinity support keeps telling me that *now* they've fixed it, every time. They haven't.
