This application was fairly good until the recent update. Now its completely useless. Same Internet/Wi-Fi issue as described by other customers. One step forward, two steps back. Common Comcast. Get it together.
I liked the app just fine, until newest update. Now when I try to log in, it just gives me a blank page. I can't do anything as it's like there's nothing there. The worst part is, I had paused our ps3 and now, because I can't use the app, we can't connect to the Internet on the ps3. I can't unpause it or anything. Also I have bedtime set for kids for school and with xmas holidays here I'd like to be able to let them use devices, but can't fix that either.
From 4 stars to 1 star. WTH? Latest update has made it so that it won't recognize my internet connection. Ridiculous, seeing that I'm using a Roku and my phone is on WiFi too... But does this app figure it out? No. Instead it's stuck on the screen saying that I need internet access for it to work. I even logged in to my account on the Xfinity site! Fix it, please.
Same complaint as many others, it doesn't recognise a valid internet connection. I haven't tried using an xfinity WiFi connection but I don't see why I should use an insecure Wi-Fi just to use the app.
They obviously fixed the issues other users are complaining about as I have found it to be a Very Simple and easy to navigate through all areas including the "Help" categories that are VERY explanatory and user friendly...love using this app for my Xfinity Account and Services. Would highly recommend for anyone that is just signing up or have an existing account with Xfinity Service(s) because it gives many tutorials and explains what is needed to set up and use the app for people of any skill level on using new apps. Greatest App I have ever used to this day!! Thank you Xfinity and good job for making this app to monitor and view my account and all settings for our internet WiFi use, this is an extremely helpful application! Love, Love, Love!!!!😍😍😁😁
