Nothing happens when I tap sign in. I was hoping for some kind of response. All I want to do is read a secure message. If I can't do that, the app is worthless to me. I have now used the app to request travel reimbursement. It worked well from my phone even though I had to submit verification three times before it moved on. Still, it was easier than previous processes. Now I'll just have to see how long it takes for the deposit.

I have used the app for many years, while everything is going to phone usage, why can't we schedule appointments through the app? I no longer have a computer, and sometimes calling can take a long time to get through. If I could request appointments through the app it would greatly appreciated because holding the phone to my ear hurts after a few minutes. Thank you!!!!!

The app works well, a little confusing at first, but relatively easy to use once you've been on it a few times, HOWEVER, please, put more info in the appointments section. Tell us what the appointments are for. Letters get lost, sometimes it's an appointment that may need to be rescheduled if it's not extremely important. Sometimes it's an important one or we may need a driver. Putt what clinic the appointment is for. It's missing in just about every single appointment I have scheduled
