I tried topping up my balance ONLINE, using a GREEK DEBIT CARD, then it redirected me to the banks login page and after putting my details in, it just keeps getting stuck!!! So I'm unable to top up my balance which remains an issue. Also, it would be very convenient if they could have unlimited data packages/deals every month.

it is ridiculous that i can't activate a new data package through the app although i have a balance. nor can i recharge the balance when the package has expired. these things are technologically possible and it isn't clear why they aren't supported. also the whole tokens concept is generally unclear and confusing.

worst app ever. they keep changing where every function is located every few months. It lags always and it never keeps me logged in. Inconvenient AF. Also worst provider ever, always making services more and more expensive.
