Why is the Drive app suddenly not letting me upload files to it? Nor is it giving me the option to create folders. Only option I see is a purple folder with a plus sign next to it. But clicking only brings up the paid plans window. I only have a couple folders in my drive. I simply want to add a folder inside another folder for better organization. But I can't. There's also no longer a button to upload a file. I still have plenty of free space left, so I know that's not the issue. Nor the cache

Honestly, this app is a mixed bag at best. There's no search, downloading in bulk (or large downloads) does not work, offline access barely functions, and mobile photo viewing and uploading takes forever. That being said, you can at least utilize basically your entire drive, upload whatever you want, and access your drive from your files app. Honestly, at bare minimum, it **needs** search functionality. Provide this, and I might bump this to 3 stars

Hi! Encrypted search is on our long-term roadmap. It's not a straightforward task because all the file names are encrypted. That's why it is taking us some time to come up with a simple and secure solution. Reach out to us via the in-app 'Report a bug option' so we can help troubleshoot the issues you report.

Fine app for what it is. However, for my use case it is nearly impossible to navigate the folders. I have files syncing from my windows file explorer and all I want to do is get the share link so I can send a file to my friend. The windows app says it's synced to the cloud drive but does not show up in the browser version of the same folder. Phone app won't even load the folder so that's a non starter. I would not be having this issue if I stuck with Google or OneDrive.

Your Windows files are stored under the 'Computers' tab. You can switch between tabs using the menu at the bottom of the app screen, which lets you easily navigate between your Drive, Photos, and Computer files depending on what you need to access.
