Okay guys. The app is so slow, which has always been true. But it usually works. But the last big update really broke messaging. Having to choose a category is awful. But worse, if you manage the accounts for your whole family, the app doesn't tell you WHO got a message! So now you're clicking through everyone, one at a time, to figure it out. In the slow app. Please fix this.

view of the application is not as easy flow. I have trouble understanding the billing. Changing the billing auto payments would be good. also, don't see it. ery clear on breakdown of balance. I keep getting action on choosing a location even though one is set. it's inconvenient not to see my children appointments. they don't need the application. Seeing a reminder would be ideal. also seeing requests for visits would be good, a confirmation of a pending one and history of those taken.

So I like the idea of this app. My major issue is... this sight is just not easy to navigate. Trying to find info from past appointments, is really different. I'm clicking here, clicking there back and forth until I find it. Also, finding past scheduled appointments is not an option. I had to cancel and appointment. When I went looking g fir that to reschedule it was no where to be found. It just should not be that difficult to find these things.
