It won't let me add a new credit card. It keeps saying try again later! I've used it for years ok via gPay, but the transition to wallet is failing me. At least it works with my debit card still, or I'd give zero ⭐! The link I was given in the reply doesn't work! Note that when I go to my Chase app, digital wallets, gPay is there but not wallet. This is the second transition fail. The last time was from Google pay to gPay, which also took a while to get it right.

Broken app. Stuck on "view wallet" screen. Has my concert tickets on it. Checked on them before the weekend and the app was fine. Now it's completely screwed up and I can't see my tickets, not any of my other membership cards or anything. Only way to fix this is to actually add a credit card to the app. Disgusting infringement on my rights. Makes me less financially safe.

I loved the convenience of a digital wallet. However, after the last update, I have to go through four additional settings, then choose a card before I can make a purchase. I am getting a lot of side eyes and grumbles from other customers and the cashiers. The rating has dropped from 5 to 2; it is seemingly easier just to use my card unless I am in a long drive thru line.
