Atrocious. I normally don't go out of my way to trash on apps in the play store unless it's objectively terrible. And this app qualifies in so many ways. Whoever develops and maintains this app needs more oversight, because this is embarrassing. The biometric system doesn't work properly, navigating the app causes a loading animation every. single. action. The login keeps resetting even if I hit 'Remember Me', and info just disappears. And no I don't want your email to reach out. Just fix it.

Extremely slow to load, most of the time it doesn't load anything more than a blank screen when it does load a page it just says error or currently under maintenance. Having been forcefully moved from being able to get new cards to having to have to use the app to pull up the insurance card is extreme stupid especially when the app doesn't work 85% of the time.

Where does one even start? Pages load without any text... Biometric login stops working every few app launches and requires 2 extra logins to be re-enabled... Half the features return error messages... Every page takes over 1 min to load. Medical insurance is a multi-billion dollar industry and yet they can't build an app to save their life (or anyone else's). If any other company with a paid product built an app this bad, they'd be held criminally liable. How's that for an app review, Cigna?
