The ABSA banking app is excellent. It makes it very easy to do payments to various vendors, buy airtime, etc from the comfort of your home. It is user friendly and a must have for every ABSA customer. If you don't have it on your smartphone, go to your nearest ABSA bank and have them set it up for you. It's guaranteed to make your life a lot more easier.

Couldn't log in all day, App says my profile cannot be found on the device. I see there was an industry-wide issue and the standard response to other similar complaints is simply "reinstall the app". Does this blanket solution also work for business accounts? The last time I followed a blanket solution, myself and my partner (who lived in a different province) had to go to a branch to sort the problem out. Massive inconvenience and waste of time!

After your system problem with the apps you request me to uninstall and install the app again. I have done it several times and tried to open it. Nothing happened and it did not open, so no Absa app. I went to the Absa Bank in Middelburg mall and they also could not open the app. So no Absa app on my cellphone. Can you solve the problem so that I can use the app to do my banking business? A Lategan
