Faulty biometrics. Have to put in my login info each and every time i access the app... which would be fine .... but then these stupid messages pop up saying I'm not enrolled biometrics and then prompts me to enable biometrics.... which i do, only to have to do it all over again!!! Very annoying. Fix your biometrics!!!!

App constantly indicates an update is required but the play store shows the last update was may 5th. Prior to this biometric would fail on every login attempt and I would have to manually login. Now the app is completely non-functional. I have uninstalled rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app. This has not made any difference.

If there was a no star I would give it. Customer service sucks. Getting a response in writing or email never happens. No matter how much I try to work with them they add more days. All I needed was a email with the status of my account and it's been 9 days and still nothing. Because of this my purchase of a home has been put off until they send me info that I have to give the lender
